How to Hard Reset Alcatel 555
Note: that all user data will be lost. Please be reminded to back up all your data prior to performing hard reset procedures. To reset your device, do the following steps:
- From the main menu
- select the menu icon
- select the function of your choice in order to customize your phone.
- Select Factory reset to restore factory settings.

Using hard key: hold down G* and press Power button at the same time.
